These emails are considered to be included in our Services as part of your subscription. The effectiveness of our service in helping you save time and money and to eat healthier may be compromised if you elect to unsubscribe from certain email communications.<\/p>\n<h2>Disclaimer, Exclusions and Limitations<\/h2>\n<p>The information on this web site is provided on an &#8220;as is&#8221; basis. Individuals with serious health issues and food allergies should always consult with a medical professional before choosing any dietary style, recipe, food, or product. While DinnerTime endeavors to make recommendations based upon publicly available data and generally well-accepted science, including science that has been published by the American Heart Association\u00ae, the user should always review such recommendations, recipes, foods, and products to ensure that they satisfy their specific requirements. \u00a0It is important to note that if an individual chooses recipes, foods, and products other than those which are recommended by the DinnerTime system based upon the user\u2019s expressed preferences, there is a significant likelihood that such could include choices falling outside what would be optimal for such individual, and in some instances seriously violate important health considerations. Consumers should always review food labels, especially processed foods, to ensure that they are satisfied with such foods as meeting their requirements. Neither DinnerTime nor the American Heart Association\u00ae nor any DinnerTime partner assume any liability for the usage of the DinnerTime system, nor the accuracy of any nutritional data of any meal recommendation, recipe, food, or product. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.<\/p>\n<h2>Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Most major Credit\/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full upon the conclusion of any Free Trial period, if specifically offered, with automatic renewal on a regular subscription basis according to the subscription period you have chosen. If you wish to cancel your subscription rather than automatically renewing, or otherwise wish to change which subscription period you prefer, you may make such changes through the Settings page or email us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:billing@dinnertime.com\">billing@dinnertime.com<\/a>. If you have any questions about this policy, please either contact us through the chat feature available on each page or at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:billing@dinnertime.com\">billing@dinnertime.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the event that your credit\/debit card is denied or cancelled at any time, we will endeavour to contact you via email to alert you that your subscription has not yet been paid and is subject to cancellation. If your subscription is not paid for within 14 days of having failed to renew properly, we will cancel your access. However, we will maintain the data of your prior activity, including personal profiles, meal plans generated, recipes rated, etc for a period of at least 30 days. We may maintain such data longer, in case you wish to return as an active Member, but we will be under no obligation to do so. In the event that you later return as a Member, you may need to create a new account without the benefit of that prior history. Any Points you may have previously accumulated may be be lost if your subscription is cancelled or terminated due to non-payment and not renewed within 30 days.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds Policy<\/h2>\n<p>No refunds shall be offered, where a Service or subscription period is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. However, in the event that you believe that you have been incorrectly billed, please contact us through the chat function on each page or email us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:billing@dinnertime.com\">billing@dinnertime.com<\/a>. Likewise, please let us know of anything you are not happy about with regard to our services. Our objective will always be your complete satisfaction with our services and we appreciate your help at identifying ways we can improve our services for you and for others. Any suggestions you may make regarding our Services, whether to correct or to improve or to add to, automatically become our property.<\/p>\n<h2>Availability<\/h2>\n<p>Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United States.
