Whether it\u2019s blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or strawberries, I just love how delightfully sweet and juicy they taste. Substituting sugary snacks with berries may also help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Kids don\u2019t care that berries are chock full of phytonutrients and are good for our bodies with vitamins K1 and C and minerals potassium and manganese.
