FAQ Signing in

Go to dinnertime.com/signin.

Enter your DinnerTime email address and click on “forgot my password”.

You’ll be emailed a link and can reset your password from there. (There are no special rules for passwords.)

If you do not receive the email, there are three possibilities:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. You have used a different email address. You can use Chat or email us at feedback@dinnertime.com to learn what your correct account name is.
  3. You may have indicated that you did not want to have any emails sent to you by DinnerTime, or if you have unsubscribed from DinnerTime, use Chat or email us at feedback@dinnertime.com to resolve the problem.
